A Pair of Birch Tree Trunks Against Colorful Maple Trees in Autumn, Green Mountain National Forest, Vermont

Here’s another one from my trip to Vermont. I made it a personal goal to photograph Birch Trees whenever I found them in photogenic locations, as I find them to be among the most beautiful of all eastern trees. When I spotted this pair of trunks along the road, I had to photograph it!

    Chris,

Great image. I’ve just moved to the Northeast (Central NY) and have really loved seeing all the birches this fall.

Awesome color, Chris. I’d like to visit New England in fall some day.

Drew, I see you’re in Ithaca now. Great place! So many waterfalls in that region – I’m sure you’ll have a great time seeing them all.

  4. Simple, artistic and strong! I like it a lot ;)
