Adult Semipalmated Plover (Charadrius semipalmatus) in Breeding Plumage Walking in Green Water

Here’s another image from one of my trips up to Ohio. Despite being relatively common, this was a new species for me. I’m pretty happy about it too, they are beautiful birds, they were in an awesome setting, and have great personalities when watched in person.

This is great Chris! I love how the orange, green, and blue match so well. The pose is just great. I think it might need an every-so-slight CCW rotation, not sure. Well done!

    God bless you!
