Great Falls National Park Sunrise, Virginia
In my previous post I mentioned that I was not able to take any scenic photographs that I liked yesterday morning. However, I may have lied a bit as I did find this image last night and while I don’t think it’s my best Great Falls photo I’ve ever taken, I do kind of like it. I would love to hear some feedback on this image - both positive and negative. As an aside, you may notice that these very cascades were the subject of my previous post.

Nice photo Chris but I personally prefer the close up drama of the previous one. -Patti

Chris,
I have a 2 hour lecture I am giving on Sunday at 10:00am and then have to meet with Bill Folsom and Corey Hilz over at Meadowlark to put the final touches on a workshop we are giving in May. I am planning on arriving at Great Falls, VA. for some sunrise action before I have to bolt around 9:00am. Do you want to meet up and do some shooting in the morning?
Let me know or just meet me at the parking lot. Anyway, that is surely a nice image. Not as strong as your usual work, but a good shot none the less. Joe
