Mountain Goat (Oreamnus americanus) Kid Standing at a Rock’s Edge in a Snow Storm, Mt. Evans, CO

The processing continues! This image is from the top of Mt. Evans, CO. We saw about 5 kids roaming around, never far from their parents. I thought the adults were great, but these kids brought it to a whole new level! The weather was really interesting up there – this relatively intense flurry passed through at about 4 PM in the afternoon, when it was about 40 degrees out. In July. During the following days, the summit received about 6 inches of snow!

Very nice Chris! I like that the rocks don’t really touch the outline of the kid at all.

The blue BG in relation to the green FG is throwing me off, though. What is the BG?

    God bless you,

    Paul

Hey Paul, Thanks. It is distant evergreen trees with a slight bit of haze involved.
