		<description>I agree this one looks a little flat.  I think the other image is much stronger.  The lighting and composition I think help accentuate the boldness of this landform jutting up from the landscape.  This one doesn't have that.  Perhaps with a bit of a levels or curves tweak?  I dunno..</description>

I think this one has great potential. I compared it to your earlier one, and in comparison this one looks rather flat. So, I pulled it into photoshop (hope you don't mind) and gave it a levels adjustment for some more contrast, a saturation boost, and a slight S/H treatment. IMHO, it improved the image a lot (however, I wasn't there to see what this really looked like). I like the colour in the sky and think it's worth working to save the image. 

Give it a try and tell me what you think!!
