Dark Hollow Run in Autumn, Shenandoah National Park, VA
I’ve been going through even more old folders of images and came across this image taken along Dark Hollow Run in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. Dark Hollow Run is perhaps my favorite stream in all of Shenandoah National Park. There are countless small drops and waterfalls as the stream makes its course downhill. A classic scenic mountain stream!

Beautiful shot Chris. I like how the waterfall spreads out at the base - a waterfall SPLAT!

This is really a wonderful image. I like the colors and the way you composed for the total flow of water. The perspective is intimate and the layers of water-rock-trees effective.
